We are a property and rentals management company offering property maintenance and rental management services on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

With offices in Calypso and Calahonda, Coastal Properties Management have been caring for privately owned properties in Calahonda and the surrounding areas of Cabapino, Calypso, Riviera del Sol, Miraflores, Torrenueva and La Cala for more than 20 years.

As a property management firm, we will maintain and look after your property for you here in Spain, to the highest of standards, giving you peace of mind, knowing that it is being inspected regularly. We will of course contact you should any problems arise and deal with any emergencies on your behalf.

We also manage property rentals, so if your property is occupied we will be the main point of contact for your tenants, offering them maintenance services, should they have any problems with the property, medical or any urgent needs during their stay.
