Inspecting the Property

When your property is not occupied we carry out regular inspections in order to maintain the property in its best condition and to ensure maximum security. A weekly inspection is carried out during periods whilst not occupied which includes checking all utilities, (electric, water, alarm etc.) flushing of toilets, running taps and ensuring that all windows and doors are properly secured etc.

Maintenance of Properties

Should any problems arise we have a regular team of trade’s people who can take care of any minor or major works. We also can advise on both small and large building works and projects, as well as help with building licences if necessary. Marble floor polishing can be arranged if required.

Cleaning and Laundry Services

We can offer a range of interior or exterior cleaning services depending on your needs. Our team of cleaners are reliable and trustworthy and can provide mid stay or daily cleans if requested. All linen is collected and professionally laundered and then returned fresh and pressed, and itemised prices can be provided upon request.

Management of your Rentals

We will direct you to the best form of advertising web sites currently available and assist you “Free of Charge”, to create the web information to attract future renters. We do not charge any commission, either for this service or on monies received from the rentals.

We offer our services within the areas of Cabapino, Calahonda, Calypso, Riviera del Sol, Miraflores, Torrenueva and La Cala. We concentrate in these areas as it means we have a quick response time to any emergencies and can offer knowledge of the best local tradesmen etc.
