Property Management and Key Holding Fees
We feel all our prices are extremely competitive for the level of service we offer. All property management and key holding fees are paid annually and in advance.
Full Property Management Package
Our Full Property Management Package includes the services as detailed on the Services and Detailed Services pages of this website. Should you require any additional services please feel free to Contact Us for a quote.
| Villa of 3 or 4 Bedrooms | 60€ per month (Annual Fee 720€) |
| Apartments 2 or 3 Bedrooms | 50€ per month (Annual Fee 600€) |
| Studio or 1 Bedroom apartments | 40€ per month (Annual Fee 480€) |
| Cleaning (includes cleaning materials) | 10 € per hour |
Key Holding Services
For owners not requiring the ‘Full Property Management Package’, we offer a Key Holding Service but with added facility of meeting with tradesmen or deliveries etc.

Additional Services
| Minor maintenance / repairs (materials not included) | 20 € per hour |

Other services may be undertaken during the weekly survey as requested by the owner. These services may be charged in addition to the agreed Management Fee, subject to the amount of work involved.
