It is very important to us that our clients understand the management services we offer within our fee structure and feel confident and comfortable that their property is being maintained to the level they expect.

To this end below you can find a list of services we complete on your property when it’s being managed by ourselves...

• Weekly inspection of your property.
• Check to confirm all maintenance services are connected and in working order, including electricity, water, telephone and alarm etc.
• Preparation of the property for arrivals, and inspections after departures.
• Management / maintenance of the gardens and pool.
• Undertaking of emergency repairs when necessary, and making available both remedial and improvement maintenance work.
• Dealing with any problems with pests or vermin.
• Offering insurance services including assistance with claims.
• Meeting and greeting tenants and guests if requested.
• Attending appointments on your behalf with tradesmen; ie TV, telephone line installation, deliveries etc.
• Control codes for all property keys.
• Advise and / or assist on any legal matters.
• Assisting with Car Hire or airport transfers.
